Thanks for your interest in becoming a CaddieNow-certified caddie!

We’re here to guide you every step of the way to get you on board.

Step 1: Submit a Caddie Profile

Complete this questionnaire to provide background information about you, your experience, and your preferences. Once submitted, we'll be in touch to invite you to the online orientation.

In the meantime, download the CaddieNow app to select when and where you’d like to caddie.

Step 2: Attend Online Orientation

All CaddieNow caddies must attend the online orientation to be certified. Login credentials will be emailed to you upon completion and review of your caddie profile. The online orientation can be done anywhere from your computer or mobile device. Note: The invitation for our BNCHMARK Learning Management System will come from Lessonly.com.

Step 3: Attend In-Person Orientation

Attend a mandatory on-course orientation session in your area to become CaddieNow certified. In-person orientations review the skill sets covered in the online orientation, discuss customer service and hospitality basics, demonstrate how to operate the CaddieNow app, and guide you through an on-the-course training.
