Prior to CaddieNow Dave led small, medium and large businesses during 15 years in the telecom industry. During his eight years at Harris/CapRock Communications Mr. Cavossa served in multiple leadership roles including Vice President, General Manager of Harris CapRock’s Government Solutions business unit where he oversaw the direction and growth of a $200M+ business. He also served as VP, Sales and Business Development, VP, Operations and VP, Government Affairs. Previously, Mr. Cavossa spent six years at the Satellite Industry Association (SIA), where he led the trade association as Executive Director.

Tommy Joyce

Tommy is an accomplished PGA Professional with extensive business experience in the staffing industry. He was the Director of Operations and one of the founders of EvolutionHR before joining CaddieNow. Prior to EvolutionHR, he was employed by Bright Services Staffing Agency as VP of Business Development & Branch Operations. As a staffing professional he specialized in implementing human resource management strategies to recruit, train and retain a high performing and motivated workforce.

Andy Brock

Andy is currently the Director of Instruction at the Inspiration Golf Range in Lyons New Jersey. His leadership at the club and section level is extensive as he was the head golf professional at Metuchen Golf and Country Club for 20 years. While at the club, the caddie program increased over tenfold and several caddies received scholarship aid. He was elected to the New Jersey PGA Board of Governors and served the section for twelve years — as President from 2012 to 2014. He also served on the NJ Golf Foundation Board of Directors from 2010 to 2020, with a year as President in 2011. NJ PGA Section awards include the Assistant Professional of the Year and the Golf Professional of the Year. Andy continues to serve on the tournament, hall of fame, and nominating committees.
